I am on the free plan, but the voice recording only recognizes the first word, and suddenly I can't record anymore, and when I try to record, I get a message saying "You must be on a paid plan to use this service".

The Free Plan allows you to try out the voice recognition and import functions only during the tutorial when you register.
As an exception, we offer a trial plan for customers who are considering a Team Plan or Business Plan.
