When uploading an import file, various alerts will be displayed.
If you agree to these alerts, you will be billed on a pay-as-you-go basis and can continue to use the service.
If you exceed the free usage limit for each plan, you will automatically be billed on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Various alerts will be displayed before pay-as-you-go charges are incurred.
A. Alerts before pay-as-you-go charges are incurred
If a voice recording is being made while the time limit for using the high-precision/industry-specific voice recognition function is within 5 minutes, an alert like the one shown in the image will appear.
*Once closed, it will not reappear during the same recording.
B. Alerts at the start of recording
1. When there are less than 5 minutes remaining in the usage time limit
If you try to start recording while the time limit for using High Accuracy/Industry Speech Recognition has been exceeded, an alert like the one shown in the image will appear before the recording starts.
If you choose to cancel, the recording will not start.
2. If the usage time limit has already been exceeded
If you try to start recording while the time limit for using High Accuracy/Industry Speech Recognition has been exceeded, an alert like the one shown in the image will appear before the recording starts.
If you choose to cancel, the recording will not start.
C. Alerts when pay-as-you-go charges are being incurred
1. For administrative privileges
If a pay-as-you-go plan is in effect, an alert similar to the image will appear on the Minutes Recording screen and on the Home screen.
Click "here" to go to the Settings > Plans screen.
2. For user privileges
If you have user privileges, you will receive an alert as shown in the image.
It is necessary for a person with administrative privileges to make changes to the plan or perform other processes.
